Hello out there...

Well, I'm a bit slow. Yesterday was (apparently) de-lurking day, but I missed it. Only I have nothing else to write at the moment (and not much time either) so I'll post this today instead:

Lurkers out there, yo, today's your day. Whether you're a LJ-lurker or from someplace outside reading this journal, you are the reason this journal isn't locked by default. So, come out and say 'hi' or something. Tell me what you're doing here, how you feel, who you are, whatever. No need to be shy. Feel free to post anonymously!

Funnily enough I feel rather silly doing this... I'm still a newbie here on LJ and I get all surprised and taken back when ever I discover that I have lurkers. So if you feel like making my day, please come and say hello... presuming of course that I *have* lurkers?

ETA: Maybe I could include new friends in the de-lurking? If you've friended me recently, but we don't really know each other, feel free to comment! I'd love to get to know you a bit better. :)

Hi, I'm new. I discovered your journal in a link form someone else's (not that I remember which one!) and really enjoyed your story Play It Again, Sam. I'm a sucker for Spike and Angel acting like brotherly rivals.

I'm fairly new to LJ, and mostly just comment. My life isn't that exciting! I recently re-located to Seattle, and work weird hours so you never know when I'll be wading through the internet...

Not really a lurker, but I haven't commented much lately. I swear one day I wll not be behind on my flist, but so far, not so much. But I did feel the need to wave at you since we are LJ meme sisters and all. ;)

the what: You are on my flist and I look forward to your posts very much. I love reading your analysissiseees. I find that we agree on a lot of topics, though, the me being behind on my flist causes me not to comment as much as I should.
the who: I'm Wendy, I make vids, I have a pretty boring LJ, not much to see there, though I made new a layout that makes me happy. :)

And that about sums it up for me. :)

Well, I'm very happy that you found me! Especially since you also like the Spike/Angel friendship (w. snark!).

My life isn't very exciting either, which is why I tend not to write everyday stuff in my LJ. People would fall asleep. And it's nice to see you when ever you decide to show up! :)

Well, I'm glad you came to say hello. :) And I think a lot of people found me when Fer pimped my Intervention essay (back in November I think...). Anyway I'm glad that you enjoy my thoughts, I sometimes worry that I have an over-imaginative mind.

I'm not actually behind on my flist, I just skim a lot. I honestly don't know where all the time goes, it just vanishes.

I'm so glad you like my analysissiseees (hee!), I really can't help writing them (::kicks brain::). And I will get round to watching all of your vids one of these days and give you some feedback. Really!

Had a look at your layout... v. pretty. Nearly did something similar with my own.

I would love to get some feedback from on you on my vids whenever you get the chance. I know how we all just run out of time. Do you know how many stories I have bookmarked to go back and read? Gah! I'll never get to all of them.

Aw, thanks. Brain feels much better now! :)

And don't mention fanfic... I follow some WIP's, but apart from that... writing fanfic makes it impossible to read much. *sigh*

And this whole LJ-thing has been v. interesting. I've learned to do stuff I would otherwise never have even thought about.
