LOL, the very best bit of Christmas is eating up all the leftovers for days! Hell, even on Christmas Day, we all agreed we enjoyed the turkey & ham sandwiches, leftover dip, cheese and crackers etc. for tea more than we had the roast dinner! :-) I think we've eaten through all of ours now, more or less. Our lunch was almost literally what's described in the tweet - minus the cous cous and the Christmas pudding, but otherwise it was entirely too on the nose! (Left overs are a lot easier than big meals...)
And I am so not surprised to see that you watch Ghosts too. It's such a lovely show. I mean, we are longtime fans of Horrible Histories, so always check out what the team do.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas episode - something 'normal' feeling in the midst of everything else so totally out of whack. :-) This. It was such a lovely, sweet, almost low key episode, with very down-to-earth issues (interfering parents, crying babies) and I think I need to re-watch.
