You know I almost put a little note a the end of the post, saying 'Please don't go ranting about Buffy!'

Anyway, I know we'll never agree, but I thought that it was a beautiful love story and that the smile was very fitting. Chosen is the opposite of Becoming, and Spike manages to leave Buffy stronger, rather than torn apart.

(And when he told her to go away after giving him the amulet, she knew perfectly well that he had the right to do so - he was calling the shots!)
