Update from The House of Plague, Day 96

Busy days... Last night we had a zoom birthday get-together with the family, and Darcy hit upon the great idea to play online Pictionary. Here is the link:

LOTS OF FUN and highly recommended. Very easy to use. :)

A few bits & pieces under the cut:

And re. Trump's rally tonight... Macabre, but too good not to share. Although I read somewhere that [I forget which group K-pop fans and Tik-Tok teens!!] were booking tickets, with no intention of going, so hopefully the people attending might be able to socially distance? I don't wish them ill, I just want them to wake up to the fact that they're in a cult. :(

Anyway, today's art is rather delightful. 'Summer' by Kimika Hara, hand embroiderer from Japan. (x)

Everything I have to say about a whole load of Trump supporters all dying of corona because they're stupid enough to go to this rally is, frankly, incredibly callous and in extremely poor taste.

It would be funny if someone managed to hack the sound system and played the funeral march at that rally.

You're a much kinder person than me. On the one hand, I fear those people at the rally getting sick because they'll infect innocent people, but I don't care a thing about what happens to anyone who chooses to attend that rally.

Pretty art!

Zoom has been a lifeline in these weird times.

Rob Temple is brilliant. I have his books.
