Update from The House of Plague, Day 54
Current #pandemic vibes- this family from 1918. If this kitty from a century ago could wear a mask, so can you! #spanishflu #historicalphotos #WearAMask pic.twitter.com/UL7I0wxpIV

If you feel like going on a walk in the Faroes, I have just the thing:
Drúgt sjónvarp
Literally people walking across mountains, with a camera. No soundtrack or fancy editing. Just hours long walks in beautiful nature. A bit like that log burning tv channel, but a bit more varied and breathtaking. :)

LOL. Yes, but it's very accurate. I'd suggest turning the sound off, or just play some music alongside?
Are there no trees in the Faroes? Would that be unsuitable terrain, or loss of tree cover due to early man felling them?
The answer is very simple: sheep. (The Faroe Islands literally means 'the sheep islands'.) I doubt there were ever trees. It's very remote and very windy. Possibly. But ever since the first settlers arrived there are sheep everywhere in the mountains, and they eat everything. :)
