Happy Birthday Good Omens!
Good Omens the book is 30. This is our present to all of you. It's to make people happy, because too many of us are sad. #GoodOmens30 https://t.co/3q4FVnj3tq

When people ask what was the one thing that helped in these times - and I don't just mean lockdown, I mean Brexit and climate change and austerity and everything - I'll reply Good Omens. Lovely post here: So you know why I love Good Omens? Because it’s HAPPY.
Oh and remember to boycott amazon! Especially today when the workers are striking! :D
ETA: There is fic already! Good Morning, Demon
Crowley’s long nap gets cut short a little sooner than he anticipated. A little sequel to the May 1st Good Omens: Lockdown mini-episode.
(Pure fluff)
ETA2: Follow-up comic
Crowley when he put the phone down

ETA: Just re. your post and 'Everything I write winds up too conceptual...'
Having just posted MY new chapter I can only concur. It was a nightmare of a chapter to write, because I had three million thoughts and I didn't want to overload it. (I probably did anyway, because it's basically the chapter that tackles the theology of the whole thing? It could easily have been three times the length, and it's near the 6k mark as it is...)
Also your 'Plus the bit about how Aziraphale is afraid of being scrutinized by God' made me laugh because... Well, when you read the chapter, you'll see. ;) (But it IS long, and heavy, so don't stress. Save it for when you have the spoons. ♥)

ETA: I was scrolling though Twitter this morning, and NeilHimeslf said something about 'cake' to celebrate Good Omens birthday, and to check back at 1pm... SO I DID! :D
