I'll just wade in here and say that I think Thirteen is much kinder (and probably more "good," although that's a completely different and more dangerous thing than kindness) than the God of Good Omens.
But that is a completely different discussion (and I have already ranted at length about this topic), so all I'll say is that I am taking everything into consideration. It'll be crack with meta.
It is undoubtedly another conversation. Thirteen does not register as nice to me. Wonky, and then goofy, and then oddly, off-kilteredly dangerous, and then kind. And good. And I expect JOdie to enlarge on that next series, and I hope to god Chibnall ups his game. Like, 1,000 percent. God ... Chibnall ....

Well if you ever want to have that conversation, I literally wrote a post, trying to fanwank what we saw on screen with the Doctor as we know them. I have very little faith that it's more than just musings, and am resigned to have Thirteen live in a little pocket AU in my head.
AH WELL. She is goofy and fun and all the rest, but she is nice, rather than kind. She even says so herself.
(Deep breath, go back to the crack, Chibnall makes you ANGRY. Watch Oxygen or The Sunmakers and remember what the show should be...)
ETA: Thirteen has a tendency towards non-intervention, of letting bad guys walk away and leaving harmful structures intact. Which is deeply problematic from a character POV, but really quite useful when it comes to the rather hands-off approach of the God of Good Omens.
