They think they are feeding far too many children who don't need it. And that it's a parent's duty to feed their children, so it's wrong for the state to do it. And it's expensive and was only ever a concession to the LibDems. (Like almost all of the non-evil things done by the Coalition).
And it's an evil thing to do but they assume few people who vote care enough.
