It looks lovely. He did a great job, especially since he did all the prep work for the materials himself rather than buying premade flooring. I really like the look of the wide planks as opposed to the narrow strips you usually see in wood floors. It makes for nice clean lines which look great.

Can you tell I spent my formative years watching too much This Old House with my parents? Well that and my grandfather did carpentry in his spare time and I used to hang out in his shop.
