To image shows (amongst others) House Speaker Paul Ryan (whom you might know as the guy whose dearest wish is Freedom From Healthcare for all Americans). No really. He is desperate to repeal Obamacare, Medicare, defund Planned Parenthood, EVERYTHING.

The bottom image is Dr Evil and his Evil Minions laughing an Evil Laugh form one of the Austin Powers movies.

The uncanny likeness of the images leads one to believe that the Republicans are no longer worried about showing exactly how evil they are.
