I wonder if it will be:

(a) The Doctor is in the middle of an investigation and it's at Bill's workplace.

(b) The TARDIS lands right in front of Bill's house.

or

(c) A baddie has manipulated the situation so that the Doctor will meet Bill as part of their evil plan or whatever.

I have not thought about this too much.:D

Promo shots are an indicator of how the dynamic will be like. Ten and Donna were leaning against each other because they were BFF's.

I saw the promo on TV. Bill talking about the Daleks reminded me of Donna talking about the TARDIS.

Bill: That's just saying a word.

Donna: That's not even a proper word!

It's probably just the script.

This kind of dialogue, THAT I will remember but other areas of the show will go over my head or something to that effect.

I have a selective memory so its not really a choice.
