OMG, Tumblr is awesome as always. I spent my time there laughing so hard, I could have been that oil spill on Aisle #3. *grins*

The humor there is always sharp, witty and wrong. Rather glad Tumblr was invented, even if I'm no longer there. :D

Tumblr is the thing I scroll through on a night, on the sofa, when I'm tired & watching TV (with, like, plot & characters & stuff) seems like too much work.

LOL some good findings there! I even had seen one or two before. I follow a few blogs who are good at reblogging this stuff. Sometimes when I get a new follower I make the mistake of checking out their blog... and then I scoll down endlessly for hours. With LJ, I do that too with new friends, but there at least I reach the end some time. Tumblr seems endless.

It really does. And where LJ has... depth (like a meal), all of Tumblr is in bite size, like pop corn.

I'm following only 29 blogs which is really not much. I try to choose carefully. Mostly action figures photography.
I know one also can follow certain tags but I haven't found out how yet - and I'm not sure I want to ;) There must be thousands of new posts for certain tags each day with so many fans in the world?

I follow... 30 something? Certainly not a lot. It's a very eclectic mix, but it seems to work.

(I haven't worked out how to follow - or unfollow - tags, nor am I particularly bothered. Like you say, far too much stuff...)

I know I spend too much time on tumblr because I kept trying to j/k through that list. Then again I try and do that through just about anything. **pounds 'j' key while on lj** 'why isn't this working!! ...oh yeah...'

I know what you mean. Although I tend to go on Tumblr on my tablet, which has a touchscreen & makes scrolling delightfully easy... It feels all wrong on my computer. And too big.
