This just made my day!

Being less than a month away from my 30th birthday, it's beyond fabulous to open the door and being asked if "Mom or dad are home?"

Heeeeeeeeeeee! :D

I'm going to be grinning all day. (And I look *nothing* like my icon btw!)

ETA: I *do* look rather scruffy today though... Hmmmm.

Awww! That's so cute! I never really got the fuzz about turning 30, maybe coz I still have 8 years ahead of me before I reach that age, but still, 30 is more young than old IMHO. Now turning 50 or 60, I get why it annoys people.

I look nothing like your icon, I'm a stick with small boobs and butt *pouts*

Oh I'm not bothered about turning 30 at all, it's just that I don't exactly look 16! ;)

And there's nothing wrong with being a stick - just look at Buffy and Fred!

*Giggle* My sisters and I get that a lot too!

Recently the middle one who was playing with her 8yr old stepdaughter, was asked to leave the children's paddling pool as she didn't have adult supervision. :)

Heeee! Thank you for the story. The guy at the door (when I mentioned the nearly thirty) did this sort of funny spluttering sound and said in that case he'd *definitely* not say how old he'd thought I was... *g*

Hee! I'm 2 months away from my 29th, and today one of the other teachers in the math department complained to me that whenever I'm on duty in the Extra Help room, students come to his office (which is next door to that room) to complain "There's no teacher in the Help Room!" (Meaning they're continually mistaking me for an 18-year-old student.)
