Dude, Ianto totally got in to Torchwood 3 by sleeping with Jack.

The Lisa revelation/death was a momentary set-back, but nothing more.

Besides, there's nothing that says OTP to me more than characters waving guns in each other's faces, saying how they hate each other & want to kill them.
