I like the skin tone one. I always have trouble with that because I write fantasy so can't do the "describe parts of their culture" thing people give as advice, because not real world, etc. This is goood.

The skin tone piece is interesting, potentially useful, though some of the writer's examples and style within the piece make me cringe a little. You can take the English teacher out of the classroom...
