LOL that last link is great! I must have some British in me because I related to a lot of that - especially the haircut thing. I mean sure, generally speaking, I'm paying my money and it's my head, but if I'm not satisfied with my hairdo, I don't want to be a nuisance and waste their time, and mine, trying to fix it. I'll just live with it. And I've never gotten a truly disastrous haircut, so it's not been that big of a deal.
