I've been meaning to for a while, but thought I'd wait for the Kindle edition... And then I saw your free give-away post this morning and decided to actually do something!

What I really need is positive reviews and ratings on Good Reads and Amazon. While most of my friends could not care less about such things, I know a lot of people do.

It needs to get out there by word of mouth, get recs.

So thank you so much for this.

It should be back up as a paperback on Amazon shortly. Then available as a paperback on other retail outlets by June 30. But electronically - it's exclusive to Kindle for the time being.
