Two interesting review of Listen
Philip Sandifer
The Unaffiliated Critic
Also, a note. Repeat after me: Gallifrey is NOT in a time lock. It is stuck in a parallel universe. The whole POINT of Day of the Doctor is that it is out there and can be found!
So, it is possible to go there. The show didn't break any laws by making the TARDIS appear in the Doctor's childhood. (And hey, even then - Dalek Caan fell into the Time War. Time locks can apparently be gotten through somehow.)
However, I don't think Clara just found Gallifrey. Well, she did, in that she - or the TARDIS, rather - somehow managed to access its past. However, since Gallifrey is currently in a different place, it is not the same as finding current Gallifrey. Just like you wouldn't be able to find Twelve by hanging out with the Brigadier in the 70s (or was it the 80s?). *g*
