Also I keep forgetting to mention Brooklyn 99 which is my new love. It's hilarious and wonderful and I love all the characters and it's properly diverse and just ♥ (We are only up to episode 16 over here - the Captain's birthday party - so please do not spoil me.)

ETA: For the past... many weeks, I have been mostly been listening to Vienna Teng's Aims. Consider it recommended!

Brooklyn 99 is extremely watchable, isn't it? I kinda watched it in a very spotty manner all season and then mainlined the whole thing towards the end once I'd decided it was gonna be worth it.

I love boots, but this is the first proper pair I've bought in... years. Because usually they're too expensive. Or I can't make my mind up.

But my old boots fell apart, so yes - I had a good reason to buy new ones. :)

I have an awesome pair of riding boots- it's too bad they kill my heel so they are riding only. My daily walk around shoes are a pair of western riding boots. I have a pair of work boots....I have a boot problem. Most of mine are bought at significant sale price though.

Brooklyn 99 was my show to watch while I was stuck on planes for HOURS a few weeks ago. I forgot how much I love comedies that aren't Community! And the Chief is my favorite. Way to integrate a gay character without playing to stereotypes.

They are gorgeous boots. I am so happy! (I literally can't remember the last time I bought boots.)

And Brooklyn 99 is definitely worth it. It's fun and properly funny. AND it has brilliant characters that grow and are developed etc. :)
