The NTA Awards!

Doctor Who took two awards - best drama and best drama performance for Matt Smith! And Sherlock won in a new TV detective category. (BBC report here.)

I'm so happy Matt won- he seriously deserves that award. And I think that Moffat and Jenna bringing up that the odds were stacked against Matt at the beginning- gives his win more meaning. I'm just remembering how someone lined up a few of the Radio Times (I think) front pages where normally it's always "[insert name] is the Doctor!", but with Matt- it was "Who is Matt Smith?" :(

I am so stoked that Matt won!! And that Doctor Who all around got the kudos it deserved! Against all odds, Moffat, Smith and all the awesome actors and crew made the Doctor more popular than ever! They more than earned these accolades!

And YAY!! Sherlock got an award as well!! Also well deserved/earned!!

I'm so happy whenever Matt gets recognised for his acting. Peter Capaldi has some shoes to fill tbqh!!!
