I was actually wonderning just the other day, "why did they wanted a new Tardis design for? I was only getting used to the last one!"
… okay so not just a whim then ^^ *pfiouh*
And The Last Day…
I've seen it twice now, several hours apart, and I still don't know what to *really* think of it. But… you know, the classic "how could they make *** scary again?" This could be just the thing to do it with the Daleks for me.
I can't quite explain, but it *works* and I don't even want to question details like "how do these sky trenches work exactly? And why 400 if 2 are enough?" But no. It was supposed to work, and it didn't.
I. Don't. Care. At all. That's new.

I had made two bets with myself, but had not dared to think about it just before the special: this was the BIG one, and I was right. o__o
The small one was that we'd get a timey-wimey cameo from Twelve :D
And Tom was a total surprise, but… :D
And then the Five(ish) Doctors Reboot! I'd woken in the morning feeling like it was Christmas, and it was indeed! :D
… still on a little red-orange cloud. Hope it lasts 'till Christmas proper…
