I don't even know.
I was looking through my scrapbook and came across this. Have no idea why I made it, but it made me chuckle. So... I thought I'd share?
It occurred to me that people might not get the reference. Go watch Eb Byrne taking down Alanis Morissette.
ETA: And for good measure, a fic-rec. It's only short, won't take you more than five minutes to read. I think it was the first multi-Doctor fic I ever read, and - from what I've seen since - the characterisations of the various Doctors is so spot-on as to be downright uncanny. Oh, and it's hysterically funny - I should probably mention that too. :D
Wanderers in the Fourth Dimension, or How Jack Got to be So Emo. (Summary: One gets the impression that Torchwood!Jack fell through through the Cardiff rift from the Gamestation Era to the early twentieth century, and has been looking for the Doctor ever since. Thing is, he's had numerous opportunities to catch up with all the Doctor's previous incarnations. This story explains why the poor man is still languishing in Cardiff.)

(As far as I recall, then the 'curse' of the Time Lords was their inability to have children naturally, hence the looms. But I'm not sure if that's still accepted canon in New Who.)
