A Doctor Who question: Was last week's episode *important*? We missed it what with being in London (specifically I think we were on the tube at the time) and then for some annoying reason it didn't show up on replay! *grumblegrumblegrumble* Anyway - any major plot developments that I should be aware of?
Really liked this week's episode of 'House' - it's always entertaining, but this week was one of those 'sitting on the edge of the seat' ones. Of course it was frightening to see a child so ill (because *any* parent can identify), but it really wasn't about the kid (and he and his parents were barely there at all - nothing about patients lying this week!), it was all about House. I guess it's the 'Buffy S6 syndrome' - give me inner turmoil playing out on screen and I'm hooked. *So* tense! Also the fact that it all took place at night and the surroundings were so muted and quiet helped the almost claustrophobic feel no end. *happy sigh*
On a completely different note, 'My Name Is Earl' has possibly the best set-up of a sitcom *ever*!
(Have recorded, but not seen, 'Green Wing').
