Just a few links, while I drink my tea...
Because I am slow, I only yesterday realised that
fan_eunice has also done vids for the first two episodes of S5. Here they be:
Eleventh Hour: Walking on Sunshine
The Beast Below: See Who I Am
Whole-heartedly recommended, both of them. ♥
Also, I was going to post a link to this last week, and then forgot: AAGill reviewed the new Doctor Who! Although it's not so much a review (not a single spoiler), but more of a reflection on the show itself and how it's changed over the years.
Staying with Doctor Who, one of the most awesome things EVER: Doctors with Dalek Bumps: Femme Doctors. So here's what I think. I think it's a rejection of the notion that female fans are honorary guys, who've been allowed into the fandom clubhouse on condition of renouncing everything "girly".
This actually ties in with
gabrielleabelle's new rant, about... well, go read it. It's a top-notch rant, that also highlights problems in fandom at large!
