For ordinary icons I'd suggest you have a look at buffyicons or ats_icons. It is polite to credit the creator of an icon in the keywords.
To have a mood theme (such as my Spuffy one) you need to have a paid account. There are instructions on how to load a mood theme in the FAQ, and most mood themes come with instructions enclosed. Mine was made by ladywenham, but wisteria has made loads as well. Have a look around. And the best thing is that you get to keep your mood theme once your paid account expires! :)
