elisi | Spuffy. Lovely, brilliant Spuffy.

Just realised something v. obvious. When it comes to BtVS I'm a shipper first and foremost. It's not that I don't enjoy all the other characters and stories, but the reason I got sucked in (/obsessed) was Teh Spuffy. When I read Buffy fic I generally come at it from a shippy angle. With AtS I'm much more leaning towards gen. Oh I think Teh Spangel is fun and shiny, but I love the first 4 seasons *tons*... Watched 'Somnambulist' today, and although Penn really is rather dull I loved the story:

Angel: “I’ve been having dreams.”
Wesley: “Dreams?”
Angel: “Killing dreams. Always the same. (Swallows) I-I stalk them, toy with them, mark them while they are still alive. Before they can die from their fear, I feed on them.”
Cordy: “Okay. So you’ve been having nightmares, it doesn’t mean...”
Angel: “They’re not nightmares. I’ve enjoyed them.”
Cordy: “Oh.”

Ah Angel... *loves Angel entirely too much*
