I just mean Clara/Oswin keeps on asking who the Doctor is, and the Doctor keeps on getting her to ask. She is presented as someone who questions things, who doesn't like to be fobbed off with a rubbish answer, and I think that she may well be the one to ask him his name.
That would fit beautifully.

The Doctor's name causes Silence to fall, yes we know that for sure. But we still don't know exactly who/what causes the Tardis to explode, do we?
Possibly River, due to paradox issues? Can't remember who said that, but the whole of TBB is pretty much an attack against her. A robot copy of her father kills her mother, her husband gets locked up in an unbreakable prison and it all 'happens' on the night she is conceived. And considering how timey-wimey River is, her presence in the TARDIS (she can't get out) could very well cause a giant universe exploding paradox. 'Tis neat speculation.
