This was Darcy's question to me. (Darcy, named so in this LJ for his tendency to look down on fannish things.) The 'pony thing' in question was from 'PONIES the Anthology II' and totally stunned him with its brilliance. It's not a pastiche or a spoof. It's just plain awesome and impossibly well done.

And it's the second part... Darcy is deeply impressed. And sat down and watched it *with* me, and was totally giddy when it neared the end, because he LOVED the end. Yup, he really, really approves of it.

I LIVE with them on a daily basis. Miss M is a mod on FimFiction, she has her own Ask Blog, she DRAWS ponies constantly, and has even drawn the whole family as ponies...
