when I saw Eleven it was this sort of 'Oh so THAT'S what the Doctor is supposed to be like!' Very strange experience. :)
*g* As an old-school fan, I had sort of stopped watching Doctor Who because while I loved large bits of it, there were other bits that just made me depressed. My husband and I were in the bookstore sometime around Christmas, saw the Series Five box set, and basically went, "Hey, why not? I wanna see the new guy, and we can always sell it to a used book store."
And then we watched "The Eleventh Hour."
And then I miiiiight have stayed up late to watch "The Eleventh Hour" again. I mean, I love hyper!puppy!Ten, I adore Martha, Donna is made of win, etc—but this stuff felt like Who, in a way I still have trouble articulating.
