For the Buffy fans, then if you're not aware then Mark Watches Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Wonderfully long and detailed [and CAPSLOCK-Y] reviews, and his next ep is School Hard! (And he knows NOTHING! Spoil him and he will CUT YOU!) Favourite comment so far: To be fair, I actually find Xander's characterization so frightfully accurate to about a third of the guys I went to high school with that I’m starting to believe that’s not an actor playing him, but some random student pulled out of class for a few hours a day to just react to the things being acted out around him.

I just saw yesterday that Mark was watching Buffy. Am contemplating using it it rewatch selected portions of the show. Although I find his ABSOLUTE RAVING ENTHUSIASM over so much a little wearing after awhile--I can only read so many reviews in a row . . .

Although I find his ABSOLUTE RAVING ENTHUSIASM over so much a little wearing after awhile--I can only read so many reviews in a row . . .
*snicker* It's... well he keeps saying things like 'Will so-and-so get some development soon?' and I'm thinking 'It's episode THREE! Calm down...' ;) Although it's nice for a show and a fan who were clearly destined for each other to finally meet. Oh and I love his ranting against Twilight. I hope he keeps that up. (I'm looking forward to Surprise/Innocence - he will probably sprain something from flailing. *g*)

I'm completely hooked on Mark Watches Buffy. It's so, well, cute how he thinks he has a rough idea of where the show is going from here - and he hasn't even seen Spike and Dru, he has no idea who Giles is, he has no clue about where Willow is going, he thinks Angelus is something that happened in the past... I'm not sure if it's fannishness or sadism that's making me read these reviews, poor kid's in for a world of hurt. :D

I KNOW! I almost feel as if it's someone doing it for a laugh - because he seems to be falling into all the traps with entirely too much perfection. I mean... If you had to make up a person who'd never seen Buffy, but who was clearly tailor-made for the show, Mark would be it. At least he knows that Joss is evil incarnate, so there is that.

(Spike and Dru are going to make him completely incoherent, I suspect. And then Angelus... Yeah, this stuff's like catnip.)
