2012!

Also this seems a good opportunity to talk about the winners of the Doctor/River awards.

Neither of my fics won, but several of my friends' did, so I am happy for them. Plus - [livejournal.com profile] niyalune's vid 'The World Is Not Enough' won, and since I tend to think of that vid as 'mine' (well, it was my idea and I beta'd it) I am flailing muchly...

Happy 2012! <3

Lol, I did not even see that the winners were up. Congratulations on the vid win! It really is a lovely bit of viddery. I was rooting for "She Can Be, She Will Be" for you but ah well . . . Very happy with the winners in several other categories (Read "Season of Grace," omg. I will not forget about it.) and of course cinderbella's wins.

Quite pleased with "Five Things" winning humor but bemused that the most slapdash, self-indulgent thing I've ever written is the only thing that's ever won anything, lol. Dear children: please try not to learn anything from this example *hides*

Happy New Year to you, too!

Nothing of mine won, but considering which stories of mine were nominated and what they were up against, I'm not surprised. Not that I really care; I'm still very iffy on the idea of someone creating "awards" for a whole group of people all by themselves, so.
