My main concern is over that 200 years. Clearly the Doctor must have spent much of that time with River (though the period passes so quickly that it's really hard to notice this).
However, there's the clear indication that he's going to spend a lot more time with her - and almost a suggestion that he hasn't before - when he says 'All her nights are mine'.
