The Justice people say it's a confirmed fixed point, so I'm guessing that's from someone 'above' them, but I'd be curious to see what happens... I mean, the Doctor just knows which are fixed, and which aren't. (And presumably River does too.) So yeah, it's a bit fishy. Hm.
