So... as of yesterday afternoon, just after 4pm as it happens, I no longer have a job.
I cannot begin to explain how screwed we are.
(That said, it's not like our house has been burned down by rioters, and no one is dying (touch wood) and the news from Somalia is nigh on unwatchable, so I appreciate that things could be a so much worse.)
Still. Screwed.
If anyone happens to know of any half-way decent jobs in West Yorkshire, do let me know. (email: elisi at livejournal dot com.)
