As I see it, absolute truth means there is only one story that can never be changed. Well it's a fundamental story. If you change it, everything changes with it.
For example, I've been trying to reconcile what the Laws of Time mean in RTD's and Moffat's Who, thanks to your thoughts. *g* Like I said, the discussion's been pretty brilliant, and I've actually been able to make sense of stuff I couldn't before. Or rather - I know which bits don't make sense [to me]. ;)
(Also, I am working on a response to your essay, but with me it could take--a very long time.) Oh I'm not going anywhere. Looking forward to it, whenever you might get there.
