Being Human 3.7
Have not been writing about this show, just inhaling when I had the time. (See
selenak's reviews if you want to know my thoughts, she's usually writing what I'm thinking.)
This week however... Oh Annie. Annie Annie Annie. My favourite moment - possibly of the whole show - was this:
Mitchell: "I love you!"
Annie: "Do you have any idea how inadequate that sounds?"
I can't begin to explain how amazing that is... I think I might have waited my whole fannish life for those lines.
Oh, and I loved that when he came clean, he admitted that the massacre had been his idea. Thank you.
(Also HERRICK! Gah! And to think I was so cross that they were bringing him back...Plus, show? Do not kill Nina, you hear me? *glares*)

But they can't kill Nina. They can't!
And did you notice that Mitchell was right when he told Annie that if she didn't help him escape all the cops would die? Even though he didn't kill them himself he was right about that one. Gah! Did I say that before?
I've always loved Annie, but it's good to see her being active. So is she going to hang out with Mitchell in jail or with Nina in the hospital? And will all those dead cops torn apart when Mitchell is in custody lead the investigation in another direction?
Once more, GAH!
Also, isn't there only one more episode? How the heck are they going to tie this all up in ONE MORE EPISODE??

Know the feeling. And NINA!

I had forgotten how chilling Herrick is in uniform... And at the same time, he exudes this '[Evil] Daddy is home now, and he's going to sort everything out' vibe. It's amazing. Gah!

I DON'T KNOW! HOW WILL IT ALL BE SORTED? *flails*

::flails with you::
I love that this show deals with the actual, real life consequences of such horrible, inhuman actions. I love Buffy, but you didn't have this whole season-long hunt for the serial killer stalking Sunnydale for example.
::hugs show::

Word! And now he's made all these minions (I presume anyway!) which just makes it all the more chilling.
I do wonder about CSI-vamp. Was he an old one? Will there be consequences to Annie's staking him?
And Nina better be OK! do you hear me, show?
But I'm a little sorry I clicked on the link. It led to another link, which led to a whole lot of people slamming Nina and Annie for (basically!) daring to do the right thing when they find out that Mitchell's Dark Past is a little less with the "Past" than they thought. Fandom is a scary place!

Oh this. Yes. Esp the [vampire] detective talking about how difficult it had been to keep Mitchell out of any investigations, considering the way he'd left a wide trail behind him. This has rather bugged me, but they provided a lovely explanation. :)

Well even if he didn't turn them, he proved Mitchell's words to be true...

Doubt he's an old one, but probably high enough in the hierarchy for his death to cause problems.
Fandom is a scary place!
It SO is. *stays far away*
