"And then you could come and protect us" immediately after is just so beautifully Lucy-esque as a sequitur. I absolutely love writing her - in this 'verse her entire focus is her son, which in many ways makes her a lot more dangerous.
Now I'm very curious whether she'll meet Denise Riley. You'll have to wait and see, I'm afraid...
