i need rory and/or rory/amy icons. where does one find good rory icons?

For icons generally try dwicons (their tags are marvellous), or elevenicons. For Rory specifically I can recommend 1erecedwardfan - her Rory tag is here. :)

(Although this one is by casett - and I've got quite a few in my user pics!)
