copperbadge (aka
sam_storyteller) has started another original story! Yay! It is (so far) called The Valet of Anize, and (having read the two chapters he's posted so far) it looks to be a very interesting tale. Chapter one
here. (Or just go to
theoriginalsam and snoop around.)
Don't have time for anything more right now I'm afraid (RL=BUSY), but do check it out.

that due primarily to your constant barrage of DW and TW, I have borrowed seasons 1-3 of DW and seasons 1 and 2 of TW from a afriend.
JOY!!!!!
I love CE so very very much. I am so sad he only had the 13 episodes. I wish he had been DW for a long time!
Oh I *know*! I remember coming home from the cinema having just seen the last Star Wars movie (Darcy and I totally cracked up when Darth Vader went 'Noooo!' which I don't think was the intention), and decided to watch that week's DW ep - which turned out to be 'Bad Wolf'. The Doctor's face when he sees Rose killed, and bends down to pick up the dust... now that is how you show deep, deep pain!
Does it work well? The switch of actors doesn't mess up the Rose/Doctor dynamic does it?\
It (naturally) *changes* the dynamic somewhat, since Ten is a different man, but it still works, don't worry. And, although I was somewhat worried too (I'd seen DT in Casanova, but was he Doctor-y?), Ten totally and utterly won my heart.
AND Jack Harkness was fantastic! And I am looking forward to seeing more of him!
"Your viewing figures just went up!" *adores Jack too much for words*
I presume that your friend told you the correct viewing order? (DW1, DW2, TW1, DW3, TW2 - just in case.)

Aw, I feel terribly pleased now. Squeeing is always better when it's shared.
ANYWAY, we are having one of Darcy's friends staying over the weekend, and then
