How have you all been?

I'm not 'back' btw, since RL is still horribly busy, next week is half term (how did that happen? I swear it was Christmas 5 minutes ago) and then I'm going abroad for a family funeral. But after that I might return...

Although it is typical that as soon as I go on hiatus the_royal_anna returns with Spuffy meta (on 'You're beneath me') - I'm sure 99% of you have read it already, but I still feel a duty to mention it!

Also I read a fabulous TW fic. My justification is 'research' since it deals with Jack assembling his team and is very helpful when trying to get to grips with where his head was at pre-S1: Team Building - Reverse The Polarity Remix by iamshadow (Jack isn't looking for a team. Jack doesn't *need* a team. But Jack doesn't count on his team finding *him*.) Highly recommended, especially for the Suzie bits. This thing is totally my personal canon now!

Oh and I might return later today with the next chapter of My Immortal. *crosses fingers*

lol--to be honest I didn't even notice the typo. But just yesterday I found myself typing "finders" instead of "fingers" which would have lead to the sentence being something vaguely inappropriate rather than what I intended it to be.
