What a chapter! Buffy's voice is perfect - I think you managed to convey her mature attitude to life and love subtly yet clearly.

So many little details (writer-ghost, Andrew's obsession with Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy) that make the story rich and rewarding. I wonder if Jack's methods of seducing Buffy are intentionally depicted as a mix of Spike's and Angel's behavior. Trespassing (utterly Spike) but doing it with elegance (utterly Angel).
