The thing I loved about the language gag is that it's a prime example of something that can be done only comics. Oh - now that's a wonderful observation! And yes, you're absolutely right! It's great when a writer makes as full use of his medium as is possible. *loves comics too*
I adored the whole bit with the monkey fight going back and forth in the other room while Spike and Lorne talk. Made of pure win! And such a perfect Spike-like way of 'helping' and the dialogue is delightful - "No, you uncorked this bottle of whine, let's drink."
Lorne was SO the perfect companion for this story. Definitely - and also because he got very little attention on-screen.
And his swirly puppet eyes just kill me! I swear they actually brim with tears! Urru is a *genius*. :)
