And I'll be friending you right back - I've been meaning to for ages actually, but somehow never got round to it.

And the crucifixion imagery never struck me, but it makes such good sense - Buffy might be tortured emotionally, but for Spike it seems to be a recurring, physical theme (starting with the wheelchair).

And all these wonderful comments make me rethink stuff again - I'm enjoying this hugely. :)
