80-Year-Old Man Masters Excel To Create Amazing Paintings
80-year-old Tatsuo Horiuchi from Japan is known all around the world for his incredible drawing skills. However, he doesn’t use pencils, pens, or paint for his art. Instead, he creates masterpieces in Microsoft Excel!

What's extra crazy about this, is that looking at how he creates his pictures I'm sure I did something similar when I was a teenager. But with WordPerfect, which had a drawing programme? Or maybe it was a different programme... IDK, it's a long time ago. But I created pictures by manipulating shapes, which is what he is doing as far as I can tell. Except his are utterly exquisite.

The book that sank on the Titanic and burned in the Blitz
One of the most lavishly decorated books the world has seen was despatched from London to New York in April 1912. The jewel-encrusted edition of the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám was taken aboard the RMS Titanic and sank to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.

Daily Dimash: Dimash - El Amor En Ti | Almaty | Concert

This song premiered at Dimash's 'Stranger' concert in Almaty on 23rd of October, 2022. Fans had long been asking for a Spanish song, and this was definitely worth waiting for: You get four Dimash's - three holograms and one real. The result is out of this world beautiful. ♥

(At this point, the only thing on my bucket list is to see Dimash in concert...)

That's just what humans think happened. Actually, Aziraphale rescued both copies, and both copies are safe in his possession.

That book belongs in a library, not to any one person. So of course the third edition has been quiet while the first and second caused trouble. That's my thinking anyway.

Love those Excel paintings! Humans are so creative. (Also as a sidenote, it's a perfect example of how software can always be exploited to do things the producers didn't intent and which may not be desirable).

I had a big Indiana Jones reaction when I read this story: "That thing belongs in a MUSEUM >("

Yes, it can be but I was also thinking of how people exploit capabilities to harass one another through means that weren't even intended for direct contact.
