Well if you want a personal story, then Darcy found himself in a lot of pain Thursday. He rang our GP on Friday (appointments are hard to come by), they said 'You better come in!!', he saw a doctor that lunchtime who diagnosed him with kidney stones - which explained the pain. He was prescribed some strong anti-inflammatories, and they have booked him in for a CT scan this coming Thursday. The total cost would have been whatever he had to pay for the drugs (probably around £20?).

It's not-urgent issues that tend to be pushed back again and again...
