I have a theory about the March thing: it's because the lockdown started then, so maybe we started being inside our houses more and it felt like time was slowing down.
Could be, but why did the change in month signal the change in the flow of time?

I still have to process the fact that we are actually in May though, it doesn't really feels like? But then, what's May anyway? LOL, I'm astral projecting at this point. XD
