Great to see that link about homelessness. Experiments here have shown the same thing, that it's more cost efficient to house people and then connect them with social services than it is to try and deal with it through temporary shelters and jails. Plus, there are always plenty of empty properties.

There will always be a small number of people who will not be able to be easily served. But the vast majority of homelessness could be resolved with homes, and it would be better long-term for the economy as well.
