Why can I never think what to write here?

Yesterday evening Darcy and I watched The Big Fat Quiz Of The Year 2006 with Jimmy Carr. This was undoubtedly a fantastic bit of TV! There were three teams of two: Jonathan Ross and Cat Deely (fun, entertaining chat show host types), David Walliams and Rob Brydon (impossibly bitchy and humourless given that they're both professional comedians) and - Noel Fielding and Russell Brand! The two last ones spent the whole time taking the piss out of the uptight idiots - I mean comedians - and it was a pure joy to behold! They were all leather and long black hair and ridiculous T-shirts and (as Jimmy Carr said) utterly adorable! (He let them win! Yay! And David Walliams threw a showbiz hissy fit! *So* much fun!)

And that's all for now, I must go and attempt to tidy this house of mine... (woe). I will be back later today with more fic though!

Thank you - I am having a nice day - although the husband is now in bed, as he is at work tonight, but I've been out for lunch with my daughter, which was lovely.

Bugger, I forgot to watch that!

I was hoping Noel Fielding would cancel out my loathing of Jimmy Carr. (I think Jimmy is a robot).

It'll probably be repeated... I'm not sure since we forgot to buy a TV magazine.

And how can you not like Jimmy Carr? He's wonderful! (Although I get the robot thing!) And he loved Noel Fielding! :)

We didn't watch the quiz last night, as we decided (after last year's experience) that it isn't a show to watch with your mother. I think it's repeated on Saturday though, so will look forward to enjoying it then.
