I do not approve of the way May phrased it (or May in general FWIW) but correct me if I'm wrong? She said she wants to curb travel of anyone already being investigated for terrorist activity. I don't see how that is human rights violation. But I'm also obvs not British and aware I may be missing a lot of subtleties.
