I wish I had noticed as much as you did! Well, it did take me four months to get here! One I worked out how the mirrors worked it was just a question of writing it all down, but before then all I did was sort of look at it and go 'Yes, that was a very fitting ending'.
I'd argue Sleep No More definitely counts as a Clara-death within the narrative as presented to us by the sand, at least, as she is 'contaminated' by her experience in the pod and is in theory slowly being consumed, a rough parallel to her neither-and-both alive-and/or-dead status at the end of the season. I think that episode was full of Silents, since I keep forgetting a) that it exists and b) what happened. But yes, good point. Thank you! :)
